All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch the items to you and send a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason, including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
 
5. Prices and Payment

6. Delivery

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout.
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
 
7. Cancellations and Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without needing to give a reason.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing at: support@shopokessa.com. You must return the items within 14 days of cancellation at your own cost (unless faulty or incorrect).
You’ll receive a refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned items, provided they are in original condition.
 
8. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on eligible items within 28 days of delivery. Items must be:
•    Unused
•    In their original packaging
•    With all tags still attached
Please note, the following items are excluded from our returns policy (unless they arrive faulty or damaged):
•    Earrings – for hygiene reasons
•    Final sale or clearance items – as marked at time of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@shopokessa.com within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a refund or replacement and cover return shipping in these cases.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
